I know we already have our Michael Myers, and a fine one he is indeed. Also got a Leatherface. But where is our other CLASSIC SLASHER--Jason Voorhees? Hopefully he is one of the surprises you have in store for us--please.....

There is a guest request thread on the board, I'm sure there are many people like you that would love to see a Jason or two. So just put your request there and Sheep has always said that all requests are read. This thread will likely get locked and it's nothing you did wrong, the board just gets frazzled with requests everywhere.

Let's try to be a little more creative with our guest requests....HH is known for it's creativity with bringing in rare or first time guests, let's try to keep this going. Let's face facts here...there is at least one "Jason" at every single convention ever held (Kane Hodder, for example, has been at practically every single convention I have ever attended...not that he's not a great guy but come on already!) Not that they aren't great guys but there is a "Jason" "Leatherface" and/or "Michael Myers" at every convention! Let's try to be a bit more creative!

This is kind of how I feel as well. With all due respect to the great stuntmen and actors who've put on the Hockey mask, the William Shatner mask or the human skin mask and the people who haven't met all of them yet, I personally do get tired of seeing the same thing at every show. Morga, Graham, Brooker, Warlock, Wilbur, Hansen, Hodder, Moran, Lehman...I see these guys all of the time and I can admit, there are many people out there who haven't met them before and they are very nice guys and always pleasant to talk to and all, but I think it is cool to see guests who don't appear at many shows, or who may never attend shows and who come from movies outside the Friday, Halloween and Chainsaw films. Actually, it's been more of the Friday franchise that seems to flood the shows more than most. The Nightmare cast is pretty scarce as are the Halloween cast members. I mentioned Warlock and Wilbur but I've only seen them once each, at Fright Night. But guys like Hodder (who I love), Brooker and Morga, I have seen as alamochgo mentioned--almost EVERY show I've attended. The Chainsaw thing is usually only the first film. I've seen Gunnar about three times, Dugan at almost every show I've attended but I've never met Bill Johnson. Caroline I've only seen once. Moseley is a frequent guest and the only people I've seen from Part 3 has been Foree.
That's why I applaud HH for bringing in folks like Sands, McDowell and the Re-Animator folks. It's different. It's pretty standard that ANY show you go to, you will get someone from the Friday series. Sometimes a whole group. That's fine, but I am much more interested in meeting non-Friday alumni occassionally. The Friday films and the Romero Dead films tend to flood most every convention. Kudos to HH for doing movies like Nightbreed/Hellraiser, Night of the Creeps and Re-Animator/Bride of Re-Animator and currently working on Halloween 4 amongst others. I'm sure some Friday folks will end up being added before long. Kane was very popular in Cincy last year and I believe he was a last, last, last minute addition.
Again, no disrespect to the Jason fans but when I first read this thread I thought the same thing alamochgo did--we've seen plenty Jason's in the past. There are still many Jason's however that I haven't seen so if these men are added--awesome!

I love the Steelers but anyone with half a brain knows Roger Staubach was awesome. Danny White wasnt bad either...Troy Aikman brought the cowboys back to life in the 90s...The Steelers did manage to wrestle several super bowls away from the Cowboys...

I feel no sympathy for the girls, they knew hitting on Big Ben would lead down a road. Dont want to get burned, dont stick your hand in the fire.

i agree, Danny White was a good quaterback. i think when he took over after Staubach retired, he had an O-line in decline, they were getting older, etc. weve had some really bad QB's from Aikman to Romo and believe me, it was difficult being a Cowboys fan in 80's and in the late 90's and early 2000's. people hate on Romo and hes actually a good QB and i hate that people are saying we need to win the Super Bowl, blah blah blah. i would be lying if i said i didnt want us to win it, but seriously, this season, if we can make it to at least the NFC championship game, i will be happy. hell i was happy we won a playoff game after 13 years. i like Aikman, always have and always will, but Staubach will always be my favorite Cowboy.

Couldn't it be said that the "offensive line" of the Dallas Cowboys blocking for Aikman and Smith brought them back to the life in the 90s? Aikman and Smith had all day to get down that field with that killer line...lol
