We thought it would be fun to announce something before we left for the San Diego Comic-Con this weekend. ... by popular demand - Ellie Cornell has been added to HorrorHound Weekend Cincinnati this November 12-14th as she joins George Wilbur, Danielle Harris and Kathleen Kinmont for a special Halloween 4 reunion!
Ellie portrayed Rachel Carruthers in both Halloween 4 and Halloween 5 alongside Danielle Harris. Other films Ellie has appeared in include House of the Dead, All Souls Day: Dia de los Muertos, Married to the Mob, The Thirst, Room 6, The Darkroom, The Specials, Free Enterprise and House of the Dead 2.

Cool, nice add guys. Never was that big into the Halloween movies, but Part 4 is one of the best ones, so that's a really cool add. Looking forward to the show, hopefully I can make it. Can't wait to see who else you guys come up with.

Ellie's a headliner in my book. Thank you so much for getting her involved Sheep. I've been waiting to meet her for a while. After meeting Danielle, there was nowhere else to go but Ellie for me. It will be awesome to see them together. They had such great chemistry. Now...I wonder if Beau Starr and Sasha Jenson are possible. If not, it's cool, we have Ellie, George and Danielle which is super sweet!

My bad...not to self, don't write at 4 in the morning when you are next to dead sleepy...lol. Kathleen is extra cool as well. I guess I was just thinking about 3 of the 4 leads of the film is super sweet. Rachel, Jamie and Michael! I wish I could have met Mr. Pleasance. He was what really made the Halloween films special in my book.

Well said, NTM. One of many of John Carpenter's strokes of genius was when he cast Donald Pleasence in the role of Dr. Loomis. He brought just the right mix of passion and borderline fanaticism to the role. I would've loved to meet him....
I'm ecstatic about Ellie, George, Kathleen and Danielle, though! I can't wait!

Definitely. We were so fortunate that Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing turned Carpenter down. I just can't imagine one of those two being better in the role than Pleasance was. He would have been a totally different character.
